I prefer to not put the pics up here as I would have to edit them to be smaller.

Please let me know what you think, these were taken with my Nikon coolpix 995.

I prefer this over my Canon XT still since I don't know jack about SLR's, Macros etc etc etc.

    you got some great shots.. they do loose some impact because the images are too large to be seen all at once on my monitor screen and i have too scroll through them in parts..rolleyes1.gif

    Soon I will be taking my pictures down in size for this reason alone. I kept them original size till i learn about printing.

    wave.gif hi IS. I like your bird shots, and nice grab of the rainbow!

    You might try not centering your subject in the middle of your frame. Do a search for Rule of Thirds in the Hall of Wisdom, lots of great advice about composition there.

    I will do so, I actully just snapped it as my son was pulling my hand to go to the next area at the San Diego Zoo, thats why i love the nikon because u can still swivel the head while walking away from the shot.
