download question

before my puter crashed, i had downloaded a little free program that allowed you turn any size picture into an 8 by 10 without loosing any quality.. it was the only thing the program did and it did it well.. of course after a while i took this little program for granted, never backed it up , never even wrote down the name.. i'm sure it had the words "magic eye" somewhere in the name but cannot find it anywhere on the web.. anyone here ever hear of or use this l:scratch ittle gem??
