    Hi guys,

I'm still waiting on results to come in from one more judge before I can tally up the points. Nerve wracking, isn't it?!

    Feedback
A couple of the judges submitted feedback on some of their selections (and a huge thank you to all of them!).

    From ian408:

My interpretation of this theme is for the photograph to show me a place they
might be rather be. That place may exist only in your mind or it might be real.
In any case, the image should convey that place--I should be able to imagine
it. More importantly, I should want to visit it.

    1) PaulThomasMckee -- Kickin' back in the meadow of my Imagination

Embodies the spirit of this theme. A bit playful and certainly
imaginative. I could see my imagination looking like this :)

    2) thebigsky -- Moving on.

This says a favorite activity might be driving. I like the moody feeling of the image. Enough blur to suggest motion. Enough road to suggestion distance. Not
enough that I know exactly where I'm going.

    3) sherstone -- Rain or Shine the Beach is Mine

Since one of my favorite places in the world is the beach, I can see how this
would be an appealing place to be. I want to leave right now.

    4) Tylwydd -- Plein feu sur l'universe moderne

Looking at this, I see a cross between yesterday and today. I want to know
what this city is. The house boats suggest a vacation destination. Or is it?

    5) Llyellyn -- Home

Home is where the heart is (and your pets). This suggests a deep attachment
to home and I like that.

    6) bch2300 -- ...out there

The suggestion of wide open expanse and exploration are hard to ignore.
Perspective suggests, no demands, a look see.

    7) RebeccaHelm -- Under the Stars

The perspective this offers with regard to our position in the universe is
pretty cool. And there is nothing nicer than to sit out under the stars
    on a warm summer evening.

    From Marc Muench:

1 - In The Snow (Pyry)

This image has well defined technical and emotional attributes making it clearly my first choice. I understood it immediately and then enjoyed the technique :D

    2 - Home (Llywellyn)

Great sticking graphic composition thumb.gif but I chose it for second only because I felt it did not convey the assignment as well.
