All shots were taken with a 40D and a 70-200 f/2.8 lens.

This particular game was the first game in this arena with their new lighting. Having the new lighting is an amazing thing because the old lighting was absolutely horrid! The only problem I find with the new lighting is that the temperature constantly changes. I find that I can take a burst of 4 or 5 shots and they all have a different temperature. It's quite frustrating, but I'll take it over the old lighting issues. Now I just have to work on adjusting for the temperature.

Comments and critiques are welcome!

Double check your settings on smuggy to make sure that you are allowing outside access. Right now they are just the red X boxes.

It makes them easier to enjoy this way. :)

Thanks for the heads-up Winger... I see what you mean about them being easier to enjoy if you can see them :). I have everything set to public and sharable, so I cannot figure out what the problem is? I've had this issue before, and don't know what I need to do different to get them working?? Oh well, maybe it's just not meant to be??

Eh maybe it was me, I see them now. I didnt have trouble on other threads I looked at when I posted that before, but whatever.

Nice work with the "new lighting". Now you mentioned that it the lighting temp changes. Do you find it changes depending on where you shoot, or is the lights just cycling (proably what you had with the old lights).

I find with arenas that I am very familiar with there are spots that are hotter than others, as you get used to the lighting it is easier to adjust for those warmer and hotter spots. If it is the light cycling well that is just going to be annoying there isnt much you can do about that while shooting...unless of course you want to get strobes.
