Can any Northeasters recommend some less known spots for interesting photography on Long Island? I am especially interested in older cemetaries (yes I know, so cliche! lol) and abandoned houses, barns, factories, etc.

I found that one by accident the other day, love it! There are some others too I found like
www.opacity.us and http://www.hudsonvalleyruins.org/

Thanks for the Hudson Valley Ruins. I love shooting that kind of "stuff." Have you been to Roosevelt Island? I took some photos of the only ruin in NYC. The Renwick Ruin. It's great. Get on the train and tram. You'll love it there is a lot of history there.
