cannot create gallery with newly saved quick settings

I just created a new "quick setting" from an existing gallery.
I goto create a new gallery and select that new setting, click CREATE, it starts to load and then the same page appears. The new gallery is never created.
However, if I leave it at "default" or select an older presaved setting, it creates the gallery and goes to the upload page.
At first, I thought it was because I had an apostrophe in the newly saved settings name. Created new quick setting with a dash instead, same thing. Created a setting without anything except alpha and spaces, same thing.
HELP!
NOTE: I can create the gallery with "Default" settings and then go change the settings to that newly created setting without issue, but that can be a royal pain when I have to create several new galleries. Also, I've let 10-15 minutes go by since I created the new "quick setting" before creating the gallery, just in case the problem is with backend database synchorization.

I tried the following:
Private by Jacob's class
Private for Jacob class
Private - Jacob class
and a few other names, all failed.

I think apostrophes were one of the characters that caused a problem. If I were you looking for a work around, I'd try a simple one word name with no spaces and no punctuation characters.

Some of them are:
PRIVATE
PRIVATE w/password
PUBLIC w/originals
Those work fine. So "space" is not a problem.
