I'm starting to get quite frustrated and wanted to know if I'm the only one or if any of you are having the same problem I'm having. I shoot high school and college sports for parents and I'm being contacted way too often by customers about orders they have not received. Do any of you have this same issue or do your customers seem to be getting what they order and in a timely manor?

Can you elaborate more? Do you have customers that never received their order? If so, can we get the order#? We guarantee everything, unconditionally - no matter the reason, weather, bad postal carrier, lost, stolen, damaged, anything. http://www.smugmug.com/help/print-guarantee
Also we'd like to know what ship method is chosen by the customer.
We ship tens of thousands of orders a week - and they usually arrive on time
Looking forward to helping you!

I too have been getting slow service on deliveries. i live in maine and our postal system sucks. But the deliveries have been taking way longer than usual. I have also had 2 customer orders take in the vicinity of 14-18 days. I almost claimed one the other day but the customer ended up receiving the prints.
I had a client place an order for 463 prints on tuesday evening and it was in fedex on wednesday evening. Awesome Job!!!!!
My last print order though I ordered over 1,000 photos and they were at the clients house crazy fast. I think they shipped the day after I ordered them.

It was a frustrating situation (having nothing to do with Smuggy), but I thought it was handled reasonably...
Despite the high cost of living, it remains popular.
Why do people post their equipment in their sig. Isn't it kind of like bragging? That having been said...
