These shots were around a location ~100km northwest of Beijing beyond the mountain range of Badaling. It was a beautiful Autumn day approximately six weeks ago. The equipment was a D300 and a 24-70 and 70-200 2.8 lens.

Any C&C welcome. I'm still developing an eye for what works compositionally.

On topic, I am quite surprised that this landscape looks so much like what I think of for the American midwest, too. Gorgeous! One thing I love so much about China is just so many different kinds of climates and landscapes you have all in one (big) country. Thanks for sharing!

Wow guys, you drug up an old one. I think this is my first or second post with images on Dgrin. I'm really going to have to go back and straighten the horizon on the first one.

And yes. Duck is tasty! binge.gif :food
