    #3 is a jumping plant louse (Psyllid) the other 2 shots are leaf hoppers- and you got a robber fly!

    Nice find Geoff, those little hoppers come in all shapes colours and sizes.
    They have very weird shaped heads.

    Skip - The Robbers seem failry common around here, I see at least 3 or 4 every time I go out. Generally speaking I don't seem to have a problem getting nice and close with my 60mm.
    Brian - Thanks for the confirmation of the ID's.
    Steve - The first 2 are on the trunk of a Sugar Gum, the third is on sand.
