I like the shot. Is that frost or salt on left of the ridge? It reminds me of the shore of an ancient dry lake bed. Also, the light feels cold, what season was it?

Striking! Very cool. Love the diagonals. Love the light. Love the depth of the BG.

There's something really intimate, close-feeling about the light. It's poised to caress the landscape. Doesn't look like its source is 6 million miles away and omnipresent. I know I'm sounding silly, but you really captured a feeling for me. I guess that's why they call it magic hour.

I agree with the comments about the light. There are virtually 3 or even 4 different strands of light in the shot. It does give it a magical feel.

Where was it taken, and why "Boneyard"?
