10 month old niece

We just got to meet our 10 month old niece for the first time last month, and she is such a doll!

    Sweet picture, and what a smile! For me the blue eyes are captivating and draw me in. The only little nit I have is the right side of her face blends in with her jacket too much. I suppose if you're proficient at PS (like I am not) you could fix that, or next time just have her wear a darker color jacket.

    All in all I love the picture anyway!

    Thank you! I'm glad to hear the colors look good! This was an impromptu shot as we were out on a walk. If I'd planned it a bit more, I would have removed a few of the leaves that are closest to her, or maybe raked the spot clean. Sometimes I like them and sometimes they're distracting, but her sweet face still dominates, I think.

    Given that she is holding a leaf, I think the leaves in the backround work well. And I agree, her face dominates the shot, so to me they're really not all that distracting. It is indeed a very good photo of your very cute niece. Well done!
