I like the second one best, too. The first one is a bit oversaturated and the others could use a little contrast adjustment, probably a result of the hdr. Great composition.

I like the 2nd one but I'd crop the left side to get rid of the vents in the building. Maybe crop to just the left side of the bench? JMO..
