Bent Corners

First off the obligatory, I think smugmug is great salutation. Seriously, I am fairly new to the site and find it very useful with great support.

I just got back my first set of prints and the color and overall quality is great. The only problem is the that corners of the largest prints 8x10 and 8x12 got bent a little during shipping. The envelop looked like it was dropped and fell on the corner.

I got a very fast response back from help@smugmug with an offer to reprint or refund - great service, but I can salvage the prints in a frame.

My question is why doesn't the lab use a mailing box instead of a soft envelop?

look forward to selling a few and thanks for all the support so far.

regards

Sensei-Dad.

One reason they don't use a box.... $

The envelopes have worked for me 100% of the time so far. Nice to hear that Smug was quick about trying to help you. Cutomer service is a lost are these days and Smug has it down pat.
