How do you present your photos to your clients? In fancy boxes? Albums? Bags?

any suggestions for suppliers?

We use mypublisher. You can get a lot of photos printed in a coffee table book that makes quite an impression for under forty bucks. That's about what it would cost to print 15 or 20 8x10's for a portfolio.

Now that Smugmug is promoting Blurb we are going to give them a try.

    Hope that helps.

Thanks. I was thinking of trying a Blurb book too (or Asuka). What about for people who want prints? I hate to just hand over an envelope full of prints - and they may not want a book or album. And CDs? How do you present them?

Oh - and I forgot to say that I'm creating all new marketing materials - logo, stationary, website banner etc. so I'd like to coordinate the look.ne_nau.gif

    Oh.....I misunderstood.

    I was thinking portfolio.

I use online proofing for everything except for a race track where I use 4x6 proof books.

I just ordered some of these boxes from Paper Source. They'll only fit up to a 5x7, though. But there are lots of colors and you could customize them with your own labels.

Another option I saw recently was DNL Photo Packaging in Rangefinder. I have no idea how much their stuff costs.

Thanks very much. I had a look at both sites and he DNL stuff is GORGEOUS. I did talk to a few people locally (New Brunswick, Canada) and they said that the quality was excellent - but delivery charges were killers.

Good ideas though and I think there's a Canadian version of paper source. Thanks again.
