Hi,

Is it possible to have one photo in 2 galleries without having to upload that picture twice?

For Example, I would like to displays the photos of the week, and have photos distributed in other galleries like family, animals, etc...

Thanks in advance,

François

A photo can only be in a single gallery, so if you want it in more than one place you will need to either upload it twice or make a copy and move it (after it's uploaded).

But for photos of the week, you might consider using a keyword. You could tag each photo with the keyword "photo of the week", then display that keyword gallery. I do that with the photos I use for my homepage slideshow - they are all tagged with the keyword deniseHome, accessible at http://www.denisegoldberg.com/keyword/denisehome.

Since you haven't posted a link to your smugsite, I can't tell what type of account that you have. If you have either a power or a pro account you can easily use a navbar link to highlight your photos of the week. If you have a standard account, you could add a link to the keyword gallery in your bio box.

    Thanks Denise,

I am testing with the pro account, I will probably buy the subscription, seems very nice.

I will try the tagging system and see how that goes.

Thanks for your time and advises. Really liked your pictures.
