When you watermark a photo, all display copies will have the watermark. You get to control that as one or off, there is no in between. If you want the gallery watermarked, but want to externally link to a non-watermarked version, then I suggest you make a new gallery for online postings, mark it as unlisted so nobody finds it, turn watermarking off in that gallery, copy your photo over to that new gallery, make sure it is not watermarked, then link to it from there.

If you want to share an image without the watermark you need to click on the picture and go to watermark...then remove the watermark. If its working it will take several minutes to remove it. Then when you see no watermark you can get the link and share.

Usually I turn on and off watermarks per picture even if the gallery is set for auto watermarking. Up until today I have never had a problem doing it this way. But making another album would work to...if you want to take the time to do that.
