I'm assuming it's okay to add mine? I had a great time with some "old" friends and certainly enjoyed meeting new ones too! There was a small huddle of Nikon shooters which is a rarity and I was happy to talk gear with them and Cygnus let me play with the D3. ISO 25600....WOW!

Here are a couple of my snaps from the party, but I was too busy talking and some how my camera ended up on ISO 125, odd because I generally shoot ISO 200 or above. Hmmmm.

Oh well!
Ann, Debbie, and I arrived at Tied House and saw Nick (gluwater).





...and somehow he ended up getting his picture taken with the next 2 people I saw too, he's a popular fellow.

Next up I met the super cool couple of Cygnus Studios. Mr. Cygnus Studios is from just down the street where I live, all the way across the country. Sorry for the wide angle distortion, I've not done any real processing to these, but will fix that eventually.


Nikolai was the official portrait dude and has some great shots at the gallery listed in a post above. Here's the man behind the lights and camera.


Two more new people I met were JC and Jzazzy. JC led us to Capitola on Friday morning and JZazzy found us some AWESOME monarch butterflies on Friday afternoon.



I don't know this guy...I think he snuck in for the free food! Oh, wait! That's Andy!
