12/06 NW Missouri v. North Alabama
Got a press pass to the NCAA Div. II national semifinal in Maryville, MO, Saturday between the Bearcats of NW Missouri (yeah, that's part of where the screen name comes from) and the Lions of North Alabama. It was colder than a witch's *** in a brass bra but my Canon kept working... I was impressed. I also had plenty of backup batteries I didn't need.

2. Bearcat freshman linebacker Chad Kilgore tries to block the punt of UNA's Will Batson.
3. Bearcat WR Brian Shannon scores to make it 10-0 in the first quarter. :thumb
4. Bearcat RB LaRon Council scores one of his 4 TDs on the day to make it 17-0. :ivar
5. Bearcat PK Tommy Frevert makes it 20-0 (still in the first quarter). :clap
6. Bearcat defensive coordinator Scott Bostwick lets some of his frustration with the officiating show. :soapbox
7. Wanna trick your brain into thinking it's warm? Hold a thermometer in front of a heater. (Actual temp was about 20) :bs
8. Late in the 4th quarter, mascot Bobby Bearcat sports a t-shirt for the 'Cats 4th straight trip to the D2 title game. :barb
