On the second one maybe you could whiten up the background. It's kind of gray.
In the first one her eyes are dark. Maybe adjust the lighting?

Thanks very much for the reply. I was playing and moving the lights around so the photos aren't great for lighting. Also the flashes didn't always fire. Anyway, what I am mostly interested in for these photos is the skintones. I traded out monitors and haven't calibrated this one yet. Wanted to see how it was performing without the calibration.

#1 Her face looks a little pale, but it is kind of hard to tell with the shadows.
#2 Skintone looks good to me on this one.
