Can *I* download the original?

This sounds crazy, but...

A client of mine ordered a 5x7 from her gallery and swears that there is a huge shadow printed over the face of her daughter. The shadow is virtually unnoticeable on the digital image.

I was going to just have the print redone at a local lab and send it to her. However, my external HD has corrupted and, while I'm trying to get it fixed, I can't currently access that original file.

Is there a way for me to get the digital file off of the gallery, like on flickr?

Thanks!

Go make originals available as the largest size in that gallery.

The link you provided is password protected so I cant say much else.

    Cheers,

Just click the Owner Save folder. It will let you download the original unwatermarked image to your hard drive.

Really?!? This is HUGE news for me. So, really, all of our photos in our SmugMug galleries are archived/safe files?
