I have a customer in Indiana that ordered prints from my website

Smugmug sent him an email saying that his order cannot be shipped
his order number is 822064 on 12/08/08
I sent help desk an email, havent heard from them what is the turnaround on helpdesk
He needs prints for Christmas
any clue
