Mats to fit uncropped images?

I'm looking for mats that fit standard frames (16x20, 11x14. 8x10, etc.) but are cut to match my full-frame / uncropped / letterbox images.
The trouble I have is that all of the standard mats I find are cut for 8x10, 11x14, etc. images. Custom cutting the mats gets expensive, cutting them myself results in crappy work and lots of scrap, in my experience.
Does anybody have advice for bulk cutting of mats to match a given aspect ratio, such as APS, 35mm, or even by camera model?

You might have to call them, if your size is not listed on the website.
