I discovered it a few years ago and recently bought v.5 of it and could not believe how well it translates certain styles of photos into works of art. I've got several photos that have had either image blur, details that did not come out correct etc, but turned out to be great pieces of work inside that program.
Anyway, here's an example of a before and after with a few shots.
