Indeed they are, Daniel. I with I could answer your question, but I can't. They were a very long way off, and those are heavy crops. There may be some long lens distance compression going on which makes the coyotes appear closer to the birds than they really are. I watched this scene until it got too dark to see them any more, and never did see anything happen. It's a mystery to me.

Very good captures Joel. I was hoping to have captured a few coyotes shots myself but it just didn't happen for me.

Sorry, I completely missed the association of your name, yes we did have dinner together and it was nice meeting you as well. However, we found or should say Harry found an even better place, the K-Bob's on the north end of town.
