In Queue for 4 hours and counting...

40 sec video clip, 11MB in size, H.264 encoded 720p ... been in queue for processing for about 4 hours now! Is this normal?

So you guys can see all the private/password stuff?

I cannot speak for SmugMug, but in general admins can see the passwords either in plain format (unfortunately lot of custom made apps use it) or encrypted (common for system access passwords - windows/unix/oracle database, ...).

From my experience even if admin does not have private key to decrypt the password, encrypted password can be in lot of the cases decrypted (usually by brute attack) - I'm not a hacker, I was at one point system admin.



again I don't work for Smugmug, butI think in this case Sebastian has admin grants to re-process photos for you (no need to know your password).
