Failed uploading video

I have just tried to upload a 256 MB video (twice, actually) but each time it fails. The first time, after I uploaded with the simple uploader from a Mac, it said it uploaded fine but nothing showed up on the gallery. I waited over two hours and still nothing.

Then I tried uploading using Send To Smugmug, and it says it failed with no specific error.

Any ideas?

Oh! I didn't realize there was a limitation on the length. Boo! Ok, well I'll need to find another place for my vids. Thanks anyway and Smugmug still rocks.
