So my room mate (Piercing Perceptions) and I will be taking a trip back to my home land, AK. I will be in Anchorage for 1 week -- Dec. 22nd - 28th. -- Then going to Juneau (Home Town) for two weeks -- Dec. 28th. - Jan. 10th. -- If anyone is around these parts during these times, and would like to do some shooting, company is welcome.

My room mate has never been to AK, so there should be a lot of sight seeing, which means picture taking as her and I are both photographers. I haven't been to Anchorage since I was about 8 (now 24 going on 25) so I have no idea what is around there, where to go, or anything. Juneau however, I spent 23 years there, so most places I know.

Anyways, post here or PM me for contact details if anyone would like to do some shooting

We were there in June a few years back, so I can't be sure if it is open in December, but I'd say Eklutna Historical Park for sure - spirit houses would be a great photography subject. Thunderbird Falls is probably amazing - like a giant icicle. The drive between Anchorage and Seward I imagine would afford fantastic scenics. And Portage Lake must be amazing in the winter as well.

Those are just some of the things off the top of my head.
