Help, an order went through without me checking!

I just got word of an order that is being filled without me proofing the crop. I don't know how this happened. Usually I get an email and proof the crops before they get done. One of the shots will be butchered if sent the way it was ordered.
Here's the number

How do I avoid this??

Oops, looks like proof delay was not set on this gallery. Make sure you double check that you have proof delay on next time .

No worries, I will fix. I set the proof delay to 7 days, canceled the old order and placed a new one. You should have the notification on this one in your email.
I also contacted your client and let them know we had a slight problem and had to cancel the old order and place a new one. I let her know this wouldn't change anything, except now she has a new order #.
Let me know if you don't get the proofing email and I will see what went wrong.

For some reason the proof delay I have always had on my galleries has been removed.

Hmm, strange indeed. Perhaps Andy will know what happened when he checks this thread.

Ugh!! I hate when I'm the only one to blame.
Thanks for helping me make it right before the prints got done.
