Uncooperative Northern Harrier

At the Viera Wetlands, I came upon a Northern Harrier making low passes over the lakes, and every now and then dropping into the grass at the lakes edge presumably to capture sparrows. I had hoped that he would try to take the sparrows that were in front of me, but that just did not happen. The best I could do was to get a couple of flybys...........
