Uploading QUestion

I have been using SM for a couple of years. But, only until recently has it been a real pain to upload. I upgraded to a 15 MP and a new computer but it is taking forever. SO, I want to make sure that I understand before I really goof something up.

If I just run a batch on Photoshop and save from my card to my computer as a Level 8 JPEG this will cut my upload times. RIGHT?

With out messing with my quality? RIGHT?

Sometimes I have a hard time reading and understanding it all and I just want to make sure!

    For the most part, yes. I use JPG 10 not 8.
