#2 is more appropriate for the season, but I like #1 best. My only issue with #1 is the glass doesn't look level, as the horizon does.

Amazing ideas though, something I wanna look into myself.

It is a very strong image presumably shot in quickly changing light. It conveys serenity, when I assume the actual process of capturing the scene may have been potentially frantic.
