[FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]Going back thru Oct captures and came across these from Ruby and Second Beach in WA. Was a cloudy hazy day color just wasn't working so gave B&W a shot don't know if these are going to work either.
Any suggestions, CC appreciated
Thanks for looking

    Very nice comps !

    good

    -great comps
-good choice for B/W (lots of textures)
    -exposures are right on
-were there is contrast it is good with good detail
    -good DOF
    -nice mood (clouds)

    nit

-something is just not working in this photo (I think it is the haze
and light are out of balance and just not working well on that day)

P.S I have had it happen many times were the light is just not
    working on that day

    Take care,

I really like 1 and 2. Moody, great composition.

I also like 3 but I think the drift wood in the foreground is a bit too overwhelming for me, but that might just be about my preference.

Excellent images and very nice processing. Love those rich tones and contrasts. If I had to choose, I'd go for the second one. The perspective and depth is quite enthralling.

#2 is my favorite, I like the detail in the rocks and the leading lines of the logs. Excellent choice for black and white.
Perception is a strange and wonderful thing.

That is a great place to shoot for b&w, especially if it's overcast. These looks great!
