Atom/RSS feed showing bio info in FF and Chrome

Hi, I originally posted this in customization and jfriend suggested some threads to look at, but I haven't found anything to help yet. I don't know if it's a bug or what. I checked some other browsers and they all seem fine except for FF and Chrome. I checked both logged in and logged out, I cleared the cache and even rebooted thinking I had a problem with my computer. I also checked some other smugmug websites and some appear to have the same problem.

Can someone help or should I learn to live with it?

Cynthia Miller's galleries

Photography by Cynthia Miller, Tampabay Florida. Pets, nature, landscape, flowers. var ssConfig = { AlbumID: '6678743', newWindow: 'false', transparent: 'true', splash: 'http://www.smugmug.com/img/ria/ShizamSlides/smugmug_black.png', showLogo: 'false', clickUrl: 'http://cynthiamiller.smugmug.com', showThumbs: 'false', showButtons: 'false', borderColor: '111111', borderThickness: '2', crossFadeSpeed: '900' }; SM.flash.insertSlideshow(780, 538, ssConfig, 'transparent');

Thank you,

EDIT: The other thread is in customization and there were other members with the same problem who posted. I didn't know how or if I could move a thread.

    Very interesting.

Chrome is not a smug-supported browser, so I suspect no one will do anything about that.

I just looked at my feeds in firefox, and it looks like Firefox has changed something in the feeds. It shows the display: none div in my bio, plus my slideshow code. Then after every photo it shows links to all of the avilable sizes of that photo.

I would also prefer to not see the code or the photo links. To my mind clicking on the photo to go to the gallery is the only action I want a user to be able to take.

I took a look at the feeds on Andy's Moon Rver Photography feeds too, same thing here.

Anyone know how to change Firefox's behavior?

    A little later...
Actually, I don't think it's Firefox alone since each type of feed behaves a little differently... I just discovered that the recent galleries feeds for both Atom and RSS show the bio info but the photos look normal. The recent photos Atom feed looks the same, but the recent photos RSS feed includes links to all of the available photo sizes.

    Hi Denise,

Regarding Chrome - that's okay. I just happen to be trying it out. I didn't know if this was a bug or if I was missing something in the bio section.

    Thanks for checking into it.

    Cynthia -
I don't think you're missing anything. I saw the same behavior with my galleries, and I looked at Andy's and Barb's and saw the same thing there too.

Anyone from Smug reading? Any ideas for how to change this behavior (behavior that I suspect may be out of your control)?
