Upload from Photoshop cs 4

Photoshop CS3 supported direct upload to smugmug through photoshop services. that feature seems to be missing from CS4. Or has it just been mysteriously relocated. Only one thread on that in the adobe forum with no answer.

    Hi, Adobe gave it up :(
    you can drag from Bridge to our Simple uploader, that's what I do, all day long.
