can not open galeries ...

    Give us a link to what you were trying to open, please?

    Also, did you try another browser? did you try to close your browser and open it again? Have you had this before? Does this only happen on your galleries? or on all SmugMug galleries? What browser and operating system are you using?

    You get the error only with one browser on the same computer? If you get the error, try refreshing the page in your browser.
    Does it only happen with this one gallery?

    At what time did it show first? Try again later and see if it works then.

    Where are you located?

    I don't understand ... sometime get sometime not ... with every galeries ... but get all the time with homepage ... I start today ... I'm working with a Mac ... I live in France, in Strasbourg ...

    I refresh all ... I try all I could but It's the same ... ?????????? .......

    The issue seems to be related to the latest Mac OSX update. You can find more details on this thread. I've passed all the info on to our team, but it might be that Apple needs to fix something in their system to fix this. Please use Firefox instead of Safari in the meantime.

    suddenly yesterday this same thing started happening to me. I can see the pictures maybe 2% of the time. Pictures or video. Only on my mac. Everything is fine on the PC. I'm using Safari. Didn't have Firefox... so I suppose we'll have to download that. If I remember correctly, I think I did a software update on Christmas Eve, so I'm guessing this is an Apple issue.

    It was only happening on the galleries I created and was uploading to yesterday, but today it seems to be happened to all my galleries. Thanks!

    Yes, it sounds like you have the issue as well by updating to 10.5.6. Firefox should work as a temporary workaround until Apple fixes it.
