Found this little guy at grandmas house this morning.
He is a regular from what grandma says.

Knowing my luck, I'd be pepper sprayed and arrested if I ever asked someone if they've seen one.
I've seen a few of them running around the St Paul area. I would think that
they die young. It would be harder to hide from the hawks and eagles.
Nice catch Tim.

Never saw anything like that!
Thanks for sharing!
Only in the summer time, in winter time he is invisible.
Fun thread and capture Can't say that I have seen one until today!

He is pretty special to grandma, she loves seeing him. She thought he was not going to come around anymore. Grandpa had a trap set trying to catch a stray cat in his neighborhood and caught this guy by accident. He released him right away but then he disappeared for awhile. He has just recently started coming around again.
It is really neat to see him in person. I agree that it is odd that he survives so well in the wild.

This one was at Como zoo, in a tree, overhanging the lion's area.
This one was at a park. I was trying out a 70-200L f4, Quantaray 2x and a
Tamron 1.4x all stacked combo, that's why the pic isn't very good.
