Expediting Shipping

I am in Georgia. Usually when I order prints from SmugMug I get them in the mail the same day that I receive the email notification of shipment.

I have experimented several times and I don't receive my packages any quicker by upgrading shipping. Actually, this past year several times... my expedited packages actually came 2 days after my 3 to 5 day ones.

Normally, when I order packages on Tuesday I get them on Thursday.......are things running on a regular schedule with the printers or are they running around with their heads chopped off?

Just curious..........I have placed two large orders and I didn't upgrade shipping. :dunno

Hi Renee, the lab's going full-tilt and crazy. Hired extra elves and all that It could take an extra day or two at the lab, and then delivery - the postal service is crazy too, shipping more mail than ever.
