1. I have removed a particular video footage from a gallery however in the preview window still shows a frame from that removed footage. How can I change that?

2. Is there a way to have just one photo (of my choise) on the gallery preview window not like a slow slideshow I have right now?

1. Visitors don't see it. It's only you in that sees it when you're logged in. Since the galleries aren't public, the link above doesn't show anything at all to your visitors.

2. You can feature a specific photo. Just go to the photo or the video and from the tools menu > this photo > more choose 'feature'.
