Just found out today that one of the monthly's is gonna run the image below in their magazine.
The section gives ratings out of 5 stars for technique and for creativity along with any advice on improving composition etc.
I think it will be in the February issue of Practical Photography, on sale in all good newsagents from December 30th (if it makes the deadline, which is on a tight schedule)...

Magazine went on sale today and the image is in the aforementioned "Image Workshop" section.
Rated 3 out of 5 for creativty and rated 5 out of 5 for technique.
Happy enough with that.
Ben Hawkins (Technique Editor of Practical Photography) suggested a crop and change of hues on the flower to match the fly's eye, but thought the angle of the camera needed improvment.
Not to bad a review then overall.
