Smugshot bug - app crashing

Hey guys,

I've been using Smugshot to take photos of the snow falling in Vegas. Well, the app has crashed on me 3 times already. Below are the details
  • What connection? 3G
  • Inside/outside? crashed once outside, once inside, once coming in from outside
  • When did it happen? The crash is always occurring after I take the picture I click "use image". It takes some time to go off that screen and then 2 times it crashed there (straight to the home page of my iphone), once it got to the next screen and crashed after i clicked "upload".
If that is not enough to debug with, I will gladly work with you on it and get some more info. The photos are here, so you can check the EXIF and see the times if that helps.
