ScanCafe Issues?

In large part because of feedback on dgrin, I've given two really large scanning orders to ScanCafe over the past year. While those orders have gone well, I'm starting to wonder if the "bloom is off that rose."
In this last order, I asked for my images to be sent back on a USB drive. When the box showed up, the drive had --- what I think --- is an Aussie/Kiwi powerplug adapter. (Which despite my best efforts doesn't work in Maine.)
Sent them an email. No reply after a day.
Gave them a ring after a couple of days. "No problem. Huge mistake. We'll take care of it. So very sorry."
Today got an email -- "You should have only received a USB cord. Please send us a photo of the problem."
Not sure where this adventure will lead next. Again, used these folks a bunch with reasonably good luck, but you might want to "pause" before sending them a big order.
