A tale of two photo hosts

I went to Zenfolio when Smugmug slowed to a crawl a couple of years ago but kept my site here in maintenance mode. Tonight I created and uploaded a new gallery with about 30 pics at Zenfolio, everything went smoothly, upload took about 10 minutes.
Next I thought I would try to upload the exact same pics to Smugmug to see if things had improved. It was a total failure, I tried 3 different uploaders, they all failed with IE7 and Win Xp. What a joke this place is.

Hi Kevin, ouch- I'm so sorry things aren't working out for you! We have hundeds and hundreds of thousands of customers uploading happily, creating galleries, sharing photos, ordering prints. I'm sorry that you had difficulty, and these things usually come down to a connection issue of sorts. We're nearly always able to resolve them fast and successfully.
