I'm new to portraits, and I'm trying to get these darn lights to work right! :dunno I thought that some constructive criticism is in order.....so please help me out!

Hi there, welcome to dgrin

I think 1 & 2 the blur doesn't really work for these (specifically it distracts me away from their faces), and they're over saturated making the skins seem very red and the colors feel like they are bleeding out of their clothes. If you tone it down I think that will make these a lot better.

I like the third, a teeny bit on the dark side, but not too bad.
