    Some of the downtown artwork really disturbs me. You cant see it here, but the letter person doesn't have a face. There's a giant spade nearby and everyone talks about the giant umbrella. We need to get some fabric on it one of these days and prop it upright. Got to figure it into the budget... let's see 3 million for flowers on fleur drive... got it... oh... need to lay off some cops to pay for that one... oookay... right then.
