Can't upload to my site on 12/19/08

After trying for several hours to upload yesterday, I realized that it was thursday and that routine maintenance was scheduled. Then this morning I tried again, to no avail. Realized after googling the problem that there was also a problem with smugmug. the thread here on dgrin for 12/18 site issue says that it was fixed. posted a reply on that thread, but wasn't sure if anyone would see it. i'm still having problems uploading today. it's 1:30 p.m.
is the site still down, or am i having problems on my end? i don't seem to have any other trouble or lag with any other sites. i normally use the send to smugmug uploader, when that wouldn't work i went to my site and tried the "add photo" link in the gallery i wanted to work in. the page never would load. just a few min. ago, i waited as long as 20 min. for it to load. then did ctrl alt del and it wasn't responding. had to shut down firefox and restart. i'm using win xp and firefox browser. i'm mainly trying to upload a video (less than 10 min and not HD). but just to make sure it wasn't the video, i tried uploading some pics... same problem.

Hi Jo we are back up and running as usual from yesterday's brief outage. Your problem sounds like a connection issue. Can you run a couple tests for us?

Try these instructions to run a traceroute on a PC:
