    Very nice scene you have here.thumb.gif With a little work adjusting your levels you can make this into a very nice balck and white. As it is right now there too much grey and not enough black. If you have a post processing software try bumping the contrast a bit to bring out the blacks. If you have photoshop use your level adjustments to play around until you get something that has a greater conrast of black and white.

    Hey, finally Mr Oakes shows us a photo that has a bit more to view and isnt so "zoomed in". I like it..You talk about showing nature, well to me this scene shows it. Now if only we could get you to use that levels and contrast adjustment I think you would have a really nice shot here.
    Dont be afraid to come to the dark side :) Well in this case it would be the darker and contrasty side...lol

    Great shot, love the framing. But it definitely looks a little flat.

    lolllll Thats funny stuff Dave, Yea 35mm focal length on this one
    who knew lol. I might get as wide as 18mm, think of the possiablities.
    I will pass on the pp lol I am sticking with yoda and staying true to the
    scene.
