This Toucan lived near the dolphins and fed of the fish scraps, he unfortunately fell in the river on this day when he got a little excited over all the food. This shot was taken after he had been rescued from the water. He was looking a little sorry for himself.

Toucans come in beautiful colors don't they, the only ones we have here in Australia are in Zoos and Registered Bird Parks......I always think of the Fruit Loops Commercial when I see one of these Birds and think Sam Toucan rolleyes1.gif

    Nice shot Pete.

PS. The black text on the dark grey background is tough on the eyes.

Not sure why i had the black text? anyway , this bird jumps in the river alot, and he is used to being rescued.

He is very well looked after.
