If I understand correctly, with the basic account I have to use the "standard / pre-defined" categories (couldn't find a list of them on the site) but if I wanted "custom" names for my categories, I need the power user account. Is this correct and where can I view a listing of the standard categories. My trial has expired and I can't do much with the site right now.

Want to get signed up soon but still have questions. Tried the trial but when I did that it seems I had to use the standard categories.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that all account levels can create categories. You can read about how to do it here.

The feature differences between account levels show on this chart.

Jfriend is right, you can create custom categories on all account levels thumb.gif

You can still see that in your (expired) account; Log in, go to your control panel, and select the 'customize' tab. There you'll have the opportunity to create/rename/delete custom (sub-)categories.

We'll answer any questions that you might have over here, but you can always write us at the helpdesk, too. It may be faster thumb.gif
