The Taj Mahal

Just returned from a business trip to India had the opportunity to visit the Taj Mahal. Wow, what a huge building - it's much larger than it looks in photos. And, it's in great shape considering it's over 400 years old. I took this shot from the gardens and I think it turned out well.

    Great capture! I only recently learned that the Taj Mahal is actually a mausoleum and has a crazy history with the father who built it and the son who deposed him and wouldn't let him back in it.

    Definitely need to get there one day and check it out.

    Great shot but I can't get past the huge watermark smack dab in the middle of the image. I'm all for protecting your image but in my opinion that is just too distracting.
