Well, won't you know it?;-) Today I had another chance of shooting another beautiful girl! Complex ethnicity, she is a fine representative of the California melting pot.
The primary project we were working for was called "belts-n-ties" and it was mostly on the 18+ side. However, I managed to get a few G-rated setup shots which I can share with the general audience (but try not to look too close:-).

1. It's all in the ties:

2. You gotta love the gray card:

3. Collecting the props after the "action" shot:

4. Switching to backlighting:

5. Setting up "Pink and Blue" series:

6. .. which took quite some time to set up:

7. Glimpse of belts:

8. And once she saw my jungle room, she couldn't help it but to shoot in it, too:-)

Enjoy! Finals are coming!

Looks like you are attaching grids to your softboxes. Do you find they help direct the light a bit better than without ?

Grids ("aka "eggcrates") do not affect the light in front of the softbox, but effectively control the spill to the sides, creating more "window"-like light.
